New technologies such as the Internet,big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence are becoming increasingly mature,making the world more transparent.In a world of information transparency,human resource departments have no secrets from employees,and human resource management is facing unprecedented challenges.In the face of the great challenges to human resource management in the new era,the human resources Department must adapt to the development of The Times,timely change ideas,take the initiative to seek new changes,integrate advanced digital technology with human resource management,and establish a new human resource management mode oriented to meet customer needs and realize the value of human resource management.As a high-tech multinational Internet company,MS Company relies on its advanced technology background,and in order to cooperate with the rapid development of business and promote more efficient and convenient enterprise management,the human resources department of MS company has carried out a lot of practices in the construction of digitalization.This paper first introduces the related concepts of human resource management,digital transformation,data science and core competence related theories,and discusses the development direction and application of digital technology and the impact of technology development on human resource management.On the basis of reviewing relevant literature,starting from the digitalization practice of human resource management in MS company,through questionnaire survey and interview with human resource management department,it is analyzed that the digitalization process of human resource management in MS company is lagging behind,lack of data interconnection,poor implementation effect of digitalization function,and problems of data quality.System function coverage is incomplete.The paper analyzes the reasons for the digitalization of human resource management in MS company from four aspects: strategy,system,talent and technology.Secondly,it puts forward corresponding optimization strategies for the problems in the digital process of human resource management in MS company.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of digital optimization strategy of human resource management in MS company,corresponding safeguard measures are proposed from four aspects: long-term mechanism,security,economy and corporate culture.Through the research of this paper,it is expected to improve the human resource management ability of MS company as a whole,promote the digital construction process of human resource management,so that it can better support the business needs and promote the overall business development of the company.
