With the rapid development of education information technology,China’s colleges and universities in all levels of education have been expanding in various forms so that daily business and work processes are getting more complicated.Thus,informatization construction has become a priority among priorities in daily work.At present,all colleges and universities in China are promoting the construction of informatization,smart campus and digital campus.It becomes more and more important to accurately and efficiently process and integrate relevant data and information.Therefore,human resources management is an effective method to improve the quality of education,enhance the core competitiveness of schools,and improve the level of social services.Then,how to explore a human resources management system suitable for long-term development of school needs to be seriously studied and highly valued.In order to ensure the normal development of human resources management,Broadcast and Television University needs to build an efficient and scientific human resource management system,so as to make the human resources management of Broadcast and Television University more standardized and systematic.We have done a thorough research on the school.First of all,we do a detailed analysis of the system demand.Then,according to the feedback of the school management department,the function of the system is designed in detail.We use B/S mode,combined with the relevant development technology,and ultimately realize each module of the system.Since the system needs to adapt to the development of the two campus of TV University and Liaoning Institute of equipment,so in the process of designing modules,it increases the individualized needs of the school to meet the use of different levels of teaching staff.The specific function modules of the system are divided into personal information module,wage management module,attendance management module,title evaluation module,training management module,news management module.Finally,we test the function of the system.Through the system,the various information data of two campuses can be effectively integrated and managed.The system realizes the paperless automation of human resources management of Broadcast and Television University.The application of the management system meets the needs of the various departments of the school,greatly improves the work efficiency,serves the future development of the school,and lays a solid foundation for running a school scientifically. |
