The human resources management is a new subject, coming out in the end of1970s.The human resources includes human resources policies and management activities. The human resources management is pivotal in enterprise development, Supervisor can manage corporate human resource through recruitment, training, salaries to improve efficiency. The human resources management software(HRMS) organizes social groups and uses systems theory approach, completing analysis, planning,implement,adjustment of all aspects of human resource management for enterprises to improve human resource management level, so as to services in organization and group target. Based on feature of human resources management, this article analysises software requirements and business processes, then designes and implements a application software systems for human resources management.First of all, this article accords to project background of human resources management system and software design patterns, using flow chart to analyze functional requirements and Non-functional requirements.Secondly, this paper gives the system architecture design based on requirement analyzing. This paper puts up the system design goals and principles and then separately discusses the network architecture, technical architecture and module functional architecture. Finally, interface design is introduced.Following the architecture design, this paper introduces detailed design.This part includes static structure diagram, dynamic structure diagram and database design.Based on detailed design, system completes three-tier structure namely database access layer, business logic layer and common processing component layer.Finally,the interface design and query capabilities are introduced.Finally, we test this system, including different test strategies, risk management and between-group coordination.In short, based on software requirements analysis and architecture design, we complete designing, implementation and testing of this system.
