Digital China, one of the main IT product companies of PRC, for several years. As the development of information industry, Digital China is growing fast in recent years. The information management system is required to develop as business continues, such as sales forecasts, business operation management and so on. The business development will bring staff up at the same time. Digital China was originally hundreds of employees from rapidly expanding to the scale of the size of nearly ten thousand people, across more than 10 provinces of the country .The initial human resources management model, including recruitment, assessment etc. as a single module of the system, can only meet the daily operations at a certain stage, rather than a comprehensive and effective management from the whole chain. Therefore, how to use the system to achieve unified management tools and allow professionals to effectively interface between modules, have become the human resources management issues that need to be resolved urgently. Against this background, this paper developed by the introduction of computer technology, under Digital China human resources management characteristics and the actual needs, integrated UML modeling and implementation in the software platform for Digital China Human Resource Management Information System.Basing on detailed investigation, the author analyzes Digital China's existing human resource management module and the management requirements in this paper. The basic functions of the system are described from the demand perspective, and leads to the system's top-level use case diagram. On this basis, all the subsystems of the system through the use case diagram are analyzed and modeled, so that each subsystem can be effective in convergence. By studying the J2EE design patterns and analyzing the MVC design pattern and the general model based on Web application development, the author illustrates the detailed mechanism of the Struts MVC implementation, workflow and key components. The J2EE persistence technologies and the core technology of Hibernate architecture, working principle and object - relational mapping mechanism are used in the paper as well. Summing up all the system functions, user roles and business processes, the author designs the overall framework of system architecture, proposes express layer, control layer and persistence layer in a detailed analysis, and finally gets Digital China Human Resource Management System and Implementation know-how as conclusion of the paper.
