With the economic and social development and enterprise scale unceasinglyexpands, the talent competition is increasingly fierce, for enterprise speaking, humanresources are the most valuable competition resources, human resources managementand utilization is the foundation of the enterprise development guarantee. However, thehuman resources information management is a trivial, complex and very meticulouswork, enterprise management no longer content with the traditional paper media records,and demand more quickly, more accurate management tool to deal with enterprisedepartments and employees all kinds of information. Therefore, to establish a set ofeffective human resources management system is very necessary, it can help enterprisesto optimize the whole business process, the reasonable allocation of human resources,increase staff enthusiasm to the work, improve work efficiency, thus enhances theenterprise the overall management efficiency and market competitiveness.Thesis first analyzes the background and significance of the research, as well ashuman resource management system research status. Second a brief description of theconcept of human resource management, combined with the existing problems in theday-to-day work, the necessity of the demonstration system development. Then studythe feasibility of the system, and on this basis to achieve the goal. UML system analysistechniques on a full understanding of user needs, human resource management systemfunctional requirements analysis, system development tasks and system architecturedesign of the building. Follow the design principles of data based on the analysis of thedata needs of the target system, a conceptual model of the database, and the physicalstructure of the database design based on the conceptual design model. Constructionmade on the basis of the realization of the target system, combined with interactivehuman resources management system and the status quo of Science and TechnologyDevelopment Co., Ltd. Shanghai Xindong group, the use of existing hardware andsoftware environment, after the actual demand analysis and research. The system isbased on NET platform ASP.NET technology, the use of the B/S three-tier model,using Visual Studio2008and SQL Server2005as the development tools and database management systems.In addition, the system for the first time using analytic hierarchy process toemployees’ performance evaluation, using the principle of the analytic hierarchy methodrespectively from the objective and subjective two big aspects to calculate employeeperformance point, and concluded that the weight of all the assessment, and finally canstatistics a assessment results, justice and fairness. In the contract order process, toensure that the contract information transmitting integrity, ensure contract both sidesresponsible identity information and avoid a unilateral to contract information haveother operation, the system will introduce the design of digital signature safetytechnology. At present the system has been online operation, running state stability, inthe practical work to reduce the management job complexity and improve the efficiencyof management.
