With the advancement of information technology and the continuous growth of China’s digital economy,many companies have put forward to digitally transform internal management.Among the various explorations of digital transformation,digital human resource management(DHRM)occupies a significant position.Many enterprises are exploring what DHRM is and how to achieve DHRM.Managers hope to improve the efficiency of daily management,fully realize the strategic value of human resource management through the DHRM,and to overall enhance the competitiveness of the company.Simultaneously,with the development of technology,there has been a large number of application platforms based on public cloud technology in the field of enterprise informatization,such as the Saa S model,which has gradually become a choice for companies when building information systems.Unlike the cautiousness when the Saa S concept initially entered the domestic market,we can clearly see that many enterprises have begun to accept and apply Saa S products in various aspects of enterprise management.Therefore,this paper focuses on whether the DHRM in enterprises can be achieved based on the Saa S model and what special value and advantages of it.Taking Company B which aims to upgrade and optimize the digital DHRM as an example,this paper focuses on the current status of human resource management informatization in Company B to identify the core problems in its current human resource system application.This study will incorporate the theoretical research on the digital transformation of human resource management,the application status of the Saa S model,and the mature TOGAF enterprise architecture theoretical system,to propose a preliminary upgrade and optimization plan for the DHRM system platform based on the Saa S model.This plan will initially clarify the application framework and system architecture of the DHRM system platform in Company B,as well as design specific application functional scenarios to address practical application issues.Finally,this paper summarizes the proposed plan,the construction ideas,and the core values of the DHRM system platform based on the Saa S model.Meanwhile,this study will continue to track the application of the upgraded DHRM platform in Company B to provide guidance for further research.Through this research,we will clarify the concept of the DHRM system and the digital transformation of enterprise human resource management.The article applies the classical framework of information theory to the real-world design of Company B to achieve a perfect combination of theory and practice.Finally,we will extract valuable practical experience by analyzing the results of the project construction,which provide insightful guidance for the construction of similar DHRM system platforms in other similar types of companies. |
