Today,relying on information technology development,China's economic development is also showing a rapid development of the scene,information technology has completely changed the way people live and work.This era is also known as the information age,the so-called information age,it refers to an industrial society based,information flow and information sharing major productivity and social impetus new set of social relations,is also known as the information age advanced stage of industrial society.ChengDu YuanChuang Education Management Corporation is a company that provide education,counseling and other services to the community,"talent" is very important to the company,so the company deployment a human resources management systems in a early time,human resources management system is currently running the company mainly in personnel management based,that each company's position in the post and the registration and management.With the implementation of the company's business expansion and talent strategy,the company in human resources management will face two major challenges,namely human resources strategy is to build and manage the company's talent pool,which also formed the limitations of the company's development.In this Thesis,combined with the actual situation of the company,using Microsoft.Net and C # language related technologies to achieve an appropriate human resources management system used by the company,the thesis mainly completed the three tasks,the first research through the information system of the company's personnel,payroll,etc.management and management situation,mainly for the company's personnel,wages and other conditions for management and query,the function includes five modules,including personnel management module,payroll management module,job change management module,leave management module and training management module;the second is to study the ways and means through the information system of the company's talent pool and talent strategy management,the company building the pool,is the company's human resources strategy,the system needs to achieve management talent pool,talent evaluation and personnel posts the match,which is a characteristic feature of the system,mainly consists of two modules,namely the talent pool construction modules and talent strategic management module;and finally a research and development with a number of functions of the information system,the paper combined with the company's human resource management business processes and information system construction methods,technology,development and design of an alternative information system used by the company,through the construction of information systems,not only the company's human resources management more scientific,but also makes management much more efficient.By implementing this system,the company also completed a major upgrade of information systems,not only effectively reduce the burden on human resources management,improve work efficiency,but also established an effective talent management,making the company's human resource management more scientific.
