Mobile Software Project Risk Management Take Company C An Example

As an important smart terminal device,mobile phones have profoundly affected people’s lives.With the development of mobile phone manufacturing industry,the form of market competition also presents a variety of characteristics.Many terminal brands turn to Original Design Manufacturer(ODM)model.Mobile phone software projects management play an important role in manufacture process.Doing a good job in risk management of phone software projects and improving project management level is practical significance to ODM firms under taking mobile phone design and manufacturing business.Through the literature research method,the paper sorts out the research status of risk management and software risk management at home and abroad,interviews the project managers of three ODM companies,summarizes main types and countermeasures software project risks,and collects relevant management data and materials of the mobile phone software project in the C company operation,combined with the theoretical knowledge,methods and tools of risk management,explore and optimize the risk management strategy of C company’s current mobile phone software project.By way of research and interviews,the paper uses risk matrix,event tree,FMECA and other methods to identify the main risks in current project stage.At present,the existing scheme of the project is the way of using RPN in FMECA.On this basis,the paper adopts FMECA,that is failure mode and impact and criticality analysis.At the same time refers to the original successful project experience to form a risk checklist.Metrics add the dimension of detection,measured from three dimensions and then prioritized.For each risk item,take measures to deal with risk according to the actual status,dynamically monitor the implementation effect,solve the problems encountered in the implementation process,update the risk form in time.Investigate and visit the actual situation of the optimization plan to ensure that the optimization can be completed smoothly.The optimization measures used in the SV project can show the risks more clearly and have certain benefits,we are going to continue to use them in subsequent projects.With the development of IT technology,the risk management of mobile software projects is becoming more important.According to the characteristics of the enterprise and the industry,it is great practical significance to choose the appropriate risk assessment and implementation plan to reduce and eliminate risks.Through research on the risk management of C company’s mobile phone software project,I hope that it can provide valuable references and lessons for the same type of companies.
