Research On The Risk Management Of Jiamusi Mobile 4g Wireless Master Equipment Expansion Project

The construction of mobile 4G networks in 2019 should be based on capacity guarantee and supplemented by perfect coverage,to create a convergent 4G network,improve overall resource efficiency,and ensure that customers perceive the lead.Due to the low risk tolerance of mobile communication network projects,risk management is particularly important during the implementation of Jiamusi Mobile's 4G wireless main equipment expansion project.Therefore,this article discusses the risk management of Jiamusi 4G wireless main equipment expansion project,and uses a combination of theory and practice to obtain an effective risk management and control plan to ensure the smooth development of the project.This article firstly investigates and analyzes related researches on project risk management and mobile project risk management both at home and abroad,and on this basis,puts forward the research content,methods and technical routes of this article;then,on the background,necessity,construction principles,plans,and plans of the Jiamusi Mobile 4G wireless main equipment expansion project The implementation process and project characteristics are introduced;on the basis of the previous article,the risks of Jiamusi Mobile 4G wireless main equipment expansion project are identified and briefly analyzed;the AHP method is used to focus on Jiamusi Mobile 4G wireless The risk assessment of the equipment expansion project was carried out;finally,based on the research in the previous chapter,the risk control measures of the Jiamusi Mobile 4G wireless main equipment expansion project were discussed.This paper is based on the work practice,the author uses the risk evaluation model to evaluate the implementation risk of the Jiamusi mobile 4G wireless main equipment expansion project,and based on the risk evaluation results,puts forward risk countermeasures during the implementation phase of the project.
