With the rapid development of future technology,human life is moving toward intelligent information technology.Artificial intelligence,autonomous driving and other application scenarios have put forward 100,000 trillion level requirements for network transmission rate,and also put forward nearly demanding requirements for jitter delay and other indicators,which makes the communication network must have high performance and high reliability.The key to support the high performance of the network is to require network equipment with higher performance.As an important pillar of the communication industry,the quality of communication equipment,including equipment hardware and equipment software,is related to whether communication operators can provide highly reliable network security for people’s daily production and life,and even to a country’s network security and digital economy foundation.In recent years,Company N has developed a new generation of local equipment,NEW OLT,with white-boxed software functions and an exceptionally complex software architecture.This paper focuses on the risk management of Company N’s NEW OLT device software project,aiming to help companies develop an effective risk management plan to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.This paper proposes a risk management planning and design scheme for NEW OLT software projects,formulates the principles of risk identification,sorts out its processes,approaches and determines the selection of tools,and forms a risk list.At the same time,this paper composes the steps of risk analysis and evaluation and the selection of tools,finally proposes the principles and measures of risk response,and discusses the effect of project risk management implementation.This study provides an in-depth research on the risk management of NEW OLT equipment software project of Company N.It provides an important and valuable reference basis for enterprises to establish risk management mechanism in software project engineering,which helps to improve the success rate and feasibility of related projects.At the same time,the research results provide practical guidance and reference for the communication industry,promote the standardization and standardization of risk management in communication equipment software projects,and further promote the development of the communication industry.In summary,this study highlights the key role of risk management in project success and corporate interest protection.Combining comprehensive analysis of risk management theories and methods with specific project examples,it provides concrete guidance and recommendations for solving risk issues in Company N’s NEW OLT equipment software project,provides a comprehensive and in-depth discussion of network equipment software project risk management in the communications industry,and makes a positive contribution to the progress and development of the industry. |
