Risk Management Of Software Project

With the constantly advancing of information construction, more and more software projects have been used in our life. It is very important for the success rate to strengthen the risk management for software project. This thesis combined with the author to participate in the Guangdong UnionPay's POS management system, the risk management system has been studied.The thesis used the risk management theory to real software projects.It is very important to ensuring high-quality completion software project.The main jobs of the thesis includes:First, it evaluates the attitude about the risk organization in the software project, confirms the role & responsibility of the risk manager, and makes a risk management process for the project.Second, it creates a suitable risk comparison table and risk breakdown structure. According to the risk comparison table and risk breakdown structure, it adopts the mean of brainstorming to identify the risk, and records it in the risk management list. Also, it tells us how to analyze the risk in risk management list through the qualitative risk analysis and quantitative risk analysis, and gets the different results. For different risk evaluation results, it makes some related tactics. In order to monitor these known risks, creates a risk tracking list to comprehensively track the risk.Last, it discuss the gain & loss of the risk management in the software project,and the content which needs to improve.It is the value reference for the risk management of software project.
