Research On Risk Management Of Requirement Analysis Of M Software Development Project

With the rapid development of Internet and computer technology,information technology has penetrated into the daily management of enterprises.With the increase of the scale of enterprise development,the workflow and content of the enterprise are more and more huge and complex,and the user's demand for information is also gradually complex.At present,the main risk faced by software project developers is not technical risk,but the risk of project requirements analysis.Requirement analysis has become a very important risk in software development projects.Only scientific control of requirement analysis risk can effectively complete the quality control and cost control of the project,and reduce the risk of the software development process.If the requirement analysis is not in place,it will affect the follow-up work of the project,which is likely to cause frequent changes in project demand,cost increase,duration extension and other problems.If the requirement analysis problem is delayed to the later stage of the project,it may lead to project failure.This paper focuses on the M software development project and takes the requirement analysis of the project as the research object.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the requirement analysis of software development projects,and expounds the significance and importance of the requirement analysis in the software development projects.Through collecting and sorting out the documents of project requirement analysis and risk management,this paper carries out risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and risk monitoring for the project requirement analysis.First of all,use brainstorming method to identify the initial risk of the project requirement analysis,use Delphi method to screen the risk of the project requirement analysis,and get the list of risks faced by the project requirement analysis.Secondly,the expert scoring method and AHP are used to analyze and evaluate the risk factors comprehensively to determine the possibility of risk occurrence and the degree of impact.Finally,according to the results of risk assessment,different countermeasures are made for each risk factor,and risk monitoring mechanism is established.Through the risk management of M software development project requirement analysis,the existing problems and risks of the project requirement analysis are effectively improved,which provides a basis for the smooth progress of the project.At the same time,it provides some reference for the risk management of other software development project requirement analysis.
