| With the development of science and technology and social progress,the "integration of the two" is deepening,and the traditional manufacturing industry is speeding up the promotion of information technology.As the promotion of information technology,the success rate of software projects is gradually concerned by domestic scholars.It is found that effective software project risk management can greatly improve the success rate of software development,but many domestic enterprises lack professional software risk management team and lack of software risk management awareness.Different from other industries,the software industry belongs to the "sophisticated" industry.The technology of the software industry is more complex and has higher requirements.With the rapid development of the software industry,software companies have more stringent requirements on performance and software projects are increasingly complex,which makes enterprises need to take more risks in software development.In the process of software project research and development,domestic enterprises often lack a certain understanding of the necessity of software project risk management,which is easy to cause the slow progress of software project,quality reduction,cost overruns.In view of this,this paper through the analysis of the development status of software risk management at home and abroad,summarized the common methods of software project risk management,systematically introduced the foreign famous risk management model,carefully analyzed the success factors of software project development;Secondly,it introduces the basic theoretical knowledge of the project in detail,expounds the basic theories related to Android software in detail,and briefly Outlines the methods of risk identification,risk analysis and risk response of software projects.This paper selects the Chemical Industry Z Group Android software project as a case,introduces the development background of the project in detail,and identifies 8 types of risk factors of the Android software project through expert interview method and brainstorming method.After careful analysis,these 8 types of risk factors can be decomposed into 23 secondary factors.Secondly,through questionnaire survey,To evaluate the identified risk factors,collect the modulated the effective questionnaires in fill in the data,sorting data,statistical probability and impact of each risk factor,finally calculate the probability and impact of each risk factor generated risk probability and impact matrix,through analyzing the risk probability and impact matrix in descending order,Summarize the key risk factors of Android software projects.In the last chapter of this paper,according to all the risk factors identified,the corresponding risk response measures are formulated,and effective response strategies are proposed for the key risks of Android software projects. |
