Risk management plays a very important role in the project management,plays a very important role,project management can be healthy,smooth operation,and risk management has a very big relationship.However,because of various reasons,such as the project itself characteristics,project demand uncertainty,project size estimation errors and other factors,the traditional project risk is difficult in use,can't be fully used.Although more complete foreign project risk management system has been initially established(such as PMBOK,etc.),but in the specific application to the actual situation of China's enterprises,but also need further exploration and innovation.Especially for the majority of small and medium software companies in China,due to the constraints of technology,capital,personnel and other aspects,and can't effectively set up a large project management team to carry out effective project management.The main work of this paper is:(1)Read the relevant literature,including the implementation of the project case,project management books,journals,papers,theory of risk management related projects are described,including the risk characteristics,existing IT project management model,to provide a theoretical basis for research.(2)According to the actual situation of the company and the needs analysis of the project,the project description form,the project work breakdown structure and the risk management plan of the project are initially determined.(3)Take full account of the company's project management status,select the risk identification,risk assessment,risk control methods applicable to the project.Use brainstorming method in this paper,invited members of the company and customer representatives,representatives of the third parties to the project risk factor was preliminarily identified,according to the risk factors identified,combined with the factors of category and project work breakdown structure,wide recognition may lead to risk events,screened out the risk list.(4)Through the list of the risk list,the analysis of its source and production conditions,then according to the probability and consequence matrix method,estimated according to their work in the field of probability of occurrence and damage degree of the corresponding risk,finally obtained the respective average values obtained for risk scores,which are divided into high,medium,the low level of risk,and according to the axis of the quadrant for making a risk response plan.(5)According to the priority of risk,according to the high,medium and low risk classification,formulate the corresponding risk response plans,and to monitor the implementation of the project,on the occurrence of identified risks,to take corresponding measures for risk identification did not occur,the timely registration report and once again,risk identification,risk assessment,risk response plan,so as to continuously update the risk list.This paper selects Shanghai Zhonghe Software Co.,Ltd as the object,mainly studies the risk management of Customs automatic customs clearance system development project.Through the research on the risk management of the project,to reduce the probability of producing unknown risks and reduce the damage degree of identified risks,can effectively improve the implementation of the company's IT project success rate,and reduce the loss of the corresponding company.
