Research On The Risk Management Of Virtual Private Network Project In BJNS Bank Haidian Branch

With the increasingly intensive competition of telecommunication companies in China,and the constantly complexity of telecommunication network project of key account,state-owned telecommunication operator has begun to use project management method either in passively or proactively.But specific research and practice of the risk management of project is not common;much more implementation project was relying on experience,which lack of reliable data and management process.Especially for those financial and banking accounts,they focus on the safety and stability of telecommunication network.Therefore,improve the ability of risk management of telecommunication operators,decrease and control the risk within the project is becoming a trend.For this project is mainly focus on the construction of VPN in BJNS BANK Haidian branch,which responsible by the leader of telecommunication Beijing Unicom.According to its specific characteristics and actual building process,the paper will use the second-hand data of risk management as research method to further illustrate the risk management and the need for VPN project.In this paper,the author first explain the concept of risk management,then through the two-phrase research methods,first phrase was the real case study of building VPN for BJNS BANK Haidian branch;second phrase is use the combination of second hand data:brain storm,SWOT analysis,to discuss the risk identification and evaluation.In the final part of project,the author will conclude the specific method for the risk handling and control.So,the main purpose of this paper is use the second-hand data analysis to investigate the risk management,give some suggestions for the further development of building VPN project in BJNS BANK Haidian branch.For this research will use risk identity and risk evaluation method,and then it will get the risk solution and risk control,which will cause huge influence on the risk management of actual implementation;for further telecommunication network project of financial industry,it also would bring more value for telecommunication operators.
