With the rapid development of the world economy,enterprises need information technology to help improve their competitiveness in an all-round way,among which ERP system is the most important it system in enterprise informatization construction.SAP system from Germany is the largest and strongest ERP system in the world.It has the largest share in the world’s top 500 enterprises.It also occupies the first position in China’s high-end ERP market.AH company as the world’s top auto parts manufacturers,in order to improve the management level,the early construction of the SAP system of the first phase of the project,received a certain effect,the management level has been improved to a certain extent,the business process has been changed,to a certain extent,the competitiveness of the enterprise has been improved.However,there were some deficiencies in project management at that time,especially in the aspect of project schedule management.As a result,the application effect of SAP system was not fully achieved,including:schedule delay,more actual investment.In actual use,some necessary business automation was not realized in SAP system,and the integration degree between SAP system and some peripheral systems was not realized It’s not high.In order to further improve the application effect of SAP system,AH company continues to invest in the construction of SAP system phase Ⅱ project.In the research work,according to the construction principles,project objectives and requirements of the second phase construction project,this paper firstly proposes the schedule planning idea of the second phase construction project.Firstly,the project is divided into five stages,and then the work structure of each stage is decomposed and the work activities are sorted.Then,the critical path method is used to determine the key path,and strengthen the preparatory work of the part of the key task.Finally,the project schedule is compiled from two levels,one is the overall project schedule;the other is the detailed schedule,including 2-3 weeks of detailed rolling plan.After that,two kinds of schedule control methods are proposed in terms of project schedule control.For the overall project schedule,the earned value method is used to track the progress;for the detailed project schedule,the bar chart method is used to track the actual progress and the planned progress,which can control the project progress from multiple levels and angles,and analyze the multiple factors that may affect the smooth achievement of the project schedule,provide a targeted corrective program to help the project to achieve the set goals on schedule.And the project plan change process when the deviation cannot be corrected.The research shows that the critical path technology,bar chart method and earned value method are effective means of SAP system construction project schedule management,which can greatly improve the progress management level of SAP system construction project,and is conducive to promote the successful experience in the industry,and will provide certain references for the construction of SAP system construction project in the future. |
