Aiming at the progress management problem of the informatization project of the human resource management system of T group,this paper takes this project as the research object,discusses the progress problem in the project development process,and puts forward the corresponding control method,which is of great significance for improving the progress management level of the informatization project of the human resource management system.Based on the theories related to project progress management,this paper analyzes the progress problems existing in the informatization project of human resource management system by means of WBS work decomposition,earned value analysis and other methods.Firstly,it analyzes the characteristics and management status of human resource management system informatization project.According to the process of project activities,WBS work decomposition is adopted to decompose the project into 26 activities.According to the time difference method,the critical path of the project is found,and the critical path period of the project is 191 days.Through the earned value analysis,the progress and cost of the six time nodes since 2019 were analyzed from the aspects of deviation and performance analysis,and the causes were analyzed.It is believed that the factors that affect the progress deviation of the informatization project of the human resource management system of T group are not fully discussed in blueprint design,the lack of senior technical personnel in X Design Company and the lack of effective communication between the two sides of the project.The key work in the project is to scientifically shorten the duration of the project "D2 end-user training" and "E1 on-line support".On this basis,an optimized plan suitable for the project schedule control was put forward,and Suggestions were put forward to improve the project schedule and cost management system from the three aspects of emphasizing the importance of blueprint design,implementing the guarantee measures for technical talents,and improving the coordination mechanism between the two sides of the project.Through the above measures,since the 40 th week of 2019,the project schedule and cost control have been relatively ideal,the cost has been saved and the progress has been advanced.Through the improved cost control scheme,it is estimated that the project can be completed at least one day in advance.Based on the project practice,this paper discusses the progress control method of the informatization project of the human resource management system of T group,which improves the progress management level and economic benefits of the project,and has reference significance for the progress management of similar construction projects in China.
