At present,the application scope of intelligent robot is more and more extensive in various industries.The research and development project of the inspection robot in the computer room of H Company is a typical robot project.From the perspective of market demand,the research and development direction of the robot needs to be close to customer demand,and the technical parameters need to be operable.At the same time,the research and development progress is also an important indicator to measure the competitiveness of robot companies.Therefore,the research on the progress management of the intelligent inspection robot project in the computer room of H Company is of great practical significance.Firstly,this paper analyzes the status quo of project progress management of intelligent inspection robot in computer room.Secondly,the critical path of the project is obtained through WBS work breakdown and Gantt Project software.Then,the reason for the delay of the project schedule is revealed by using the earned value analysis.Finally,the progress management suggestions are put forward,and the implementation effect after improvement is verified.For the research project of intelligent patrol robot of the computer room,the critical path of is composed of activities A1(products demand research),A2(product planning),B3(APP design),B4(hardware design),C2(big data server development),C4(control module function development),D1(motor procurement),D4(lifting platform procurement),D5(outsourcing processing),E1(welding commissioning),E4(optimization and improvement)and E5(small batch production).The total critical path time was 294 days.The reasons for the project schedule delay were revealed by the earned value analysis,including insufficient preliminary demand survey,imperfect internal communication and coordination,and insufficient human resource allocation.Suggestions for progress management in the following three aspects are put forward,including improving demand analysis and sorting,including doing a good job of preliminary demand survey and tracking of demand changes;Strengthen internal communication and coordination,including improving the daily communication mechanism and establishing the level of emergency communication and handling;Increasing research input in multiple ways,including allocating project resources according to needs and strengthening research and development cooperation between schools and enterprises.Through the initiative to improve the design,the implementation of project communication responsibility and other project improvement measures,the progress of the project effect significantly improved.Through this study,the progress management level and economic benefits of the research and development project of intelligent inspection robot in computer room are improved,and it also has a strong reference significance for the progress management of similar domestic robot research and development projects.
