Research On Project Schedule Management Of A Bank's Image Centralized Processing System

With the modernization of modern information technology,the operation of banking has also entered the era of information revolution and development,and a modern bank information system with automatic processing,electronic service and information management has been gradually established,is a historical necessity.A bank image centralized processing system development project,the goal is to achieve the over-the-counter processing information and standardized operation,for the current bank information construction project is universal and representative.In this paper,the project schedule management as the research object,combined with earned value analysis and other methods to explore the schedule management issues and improvement proposals.Based on the theory of Project Schedule Management,this paper analyzes the schedule problems in the development of centralized image processing system by means of WBS decomposition and earned value analysis.Based on the work breakdown of WBS,the activity time of this project is 436 days by using time difference method,and the key path of developing the centralized image processing system is found out.Based on the earned value analysis of the project cost data,the factors that affect the project schedule deviation include the lack of in-depth demand research,substandard outsourcing management,lack of enthusiasm of scientific and technological personnel,etc..On this basis,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the project schedule management of the centralized image processing system,it includes three aspects: strengthening the demand management of informatization project,perfecting the outsourcing management of project,and perfecting the incentive mechanism of scientific and technical personnel.Inspired by the above improvement measures,the schedule management scheme of the project is optimized,so that the schedule of the project has been significantly improved.Based on the theory of schedule management,this paper reveals the existing problems in the schedule control of the development project of bank A's image centralized processing system,and puts forward the corresponding improving strategies,it can be used for reference for the progress control of similar information development projects in domestic banking system.
