At present,project management has been widely used in traditional industry projects,and in the emerging industries represented by IT project,managers are becoming more and more aware of the importance of project management.IT project usually has many characteristics as high technical content,high risk,fast update,time tight,poor stability of human resources and project requirements change frequently.Therefore,managers need to implement more scientific and standardized management of the project.As an important part of project management,project schedule plan and optimization play an important role in the process of project management.Only with the project plan developed in line with the actual situation of the project,resource allocation optimization and high feasibility to schedule,could a manager clear project goals,standardize project demand,reduce cost,shorten the project time,reasonable resources and ensuring the quality of projects in the process of project management.In addition to the general characteristics of the project,Neusoft CS cloud platform transnational outsourcing project also has a high demand of server professional technology and business.For the outsourced project,once its completion time is confirmed,it cannot be delayed.This places high demands on coordinating the effective resources within a limited time frame and accomplishing the predetermined goal under the premise of ensuring the quality.Therefore,managers must stand at the height of the entire project,according to the established goals,plan project jobs reasonably.The jobs include requirement research,design,requirement development,testing,server building,deployment and other resources and activities.Then make a project schedule to identify the impact of the duration.Optimize the critical path to achieve both the rational use of project resources and shorten the duration of the goal,to lay the foundation for the smooth implementation of the proj ect.Based on the characteristics of project management,this paper draws on a large number of research achievements of project management experts and scholars as well as the basic knowledge and methods of project management.Firstly,the work of CS project is decomposed according to the WBS(Work Breakdown Structure)principle of work breakdown.Then the schedule of the project is compiled according to Gantt chart,network diagram and critical path method.According to the actual situation of the cross-border outsourced project of the CS cloud platform of the Company,the key path transfer method and forced shortening method are used to optimize the CS project schedule.Finally,an optimized project schedule will be formed to guide the actual project.During project implementation,project progress is tracked through the use of Gantt comparison method,the project regular reporting method and progress management tools of Neusoft.When a certain work encounters problems,the project members are organized to jointly discuss and solve problems according to the actual conditions of the project to ensure the normal progress of the project.Finally,suggestions and prospects are put forward.
