World today is rapid development in the information age, the use of advanced information technology to enhance the competitiveness of enterprise and improve the management level is the only way for enterprise. To gain competitive edge and retain customers,enterprises need to meet customers'diversified requirements at lower cost in the customer-oriented markets.To enhance the competitive strength and lower operation cost further,such companies have employed all kinds of management systems and production systems to address real problems.In the meanwhile,more theoretical methodology and matured methods have been put into practical usage.ERP application is the key for enterprise informatization management, but the traditional ERP systems are not well applied to the mold production industry.This article carry out based on the analysis of mold enterprises production process and against the situation of mold enterprise Informationization.In this paper,we researched a tooling-making company.Its main business includes designing and manufacturing tooling products.This company has many painpoints in sections such as production designing,sales,and performance evaluation.And,its ERP system has a poor efficiency.This system cannot finish the following functions which include choosing the right raw materials,selecting the operation machines automatically and reasonably,and making a detailed planning and scheduling plan,coping with the outburst orders.Besides these,order tardiness often occurs,and sales persons incline to make a commit they cannot meet.Through discussed in depth key factors in the mold enterprises production process and the problems, obtained key factors in the management of the mold production industry through discussions to mold enterprises production process at different levels.Mold enterprises is a typical,single multi-variety,production-oriented enterprises for orders, Because the randomness of the mold production orders and frequent changes to production plans in the production process,making difficult to control the production process, resulting in production order issue between the various parts as a constraint to the key factors in the production process. Therefore, Operational level management processes for the production process means of production schedule into mold enterprise ERP system problem to be solved.This article introduces the idea of concurrent engineering in which proposed the schedule management plan, then analyzed the mold production management system requirements through UML approach. Later build a system database based on the data involved in the production process. The macro level through the system to manage the progress of the entire production, the production process is divided into process stage we can control at the micro. System implementation of production management for the process stage,both advance automatic scheduling according to the production BOM table,but also display the result of scheduling in the form of a Gantt chart. Even more critical is the system implementation using Gantt charts to schedule manually. |
