Research And Implementation Of Time Subsystem In PDM System Process Management

Product Data Management(PDM)is a new technology for managing product data.PDM technology to achieve the product data of the orderly,structured management.PDM technology management and product-related aspects of the two aspects: one is the information,the information includes product design concepts,structural changes,archiving data,etc.;on the other hand the process: including the entire product life cycle review,approval,version changes and so on.Workflow management technology is the business is divided into two aspects of the task and role,and then the task and role through a certain rules and processes linked to the business process and monitoring,so as to achieve the purpose of improving efficiency.Workflows in the PDM system manage the processes associated with the product,manage the data generated in the process and edit,review and approve processes.As a result,workflows are at the heart of the PDM system.Time is an important factor in workflow management.Time can support and strengthen the flexibility of the workflow system,making the workflow system has a strong robustness.Workflow time management studies the time dimension of workflow.Time management sets the starting and ending time of the task node,monitors the execution of the workflow,and handles the violation of the triggering exception,thus ensuring the efficiency of the workflow and ensuring the quality of the product and being able to be brought to the market in time.The author analyzes the necessity of time management in the workflow of PDM system,points out the content of workflow in PDM system management,and then initializes the workflow instance on the basis of the actual demand of PDM project in this lab,Based on the theory of time delay Petri net design,a set of time management system is designed.Finally,the workflow instance is run through the Gantt chart.The focus of this paper is based on the establishment of time-based workflow management system of time-delay Petri net and the presentation of workflow execution in Gantt chart,and provides a simple,effective and practical workflow management mechanism for enterprises.
