With the rapid development of industry 4.0 and the gradual implementation of China manufacture's 2025 plan,Manufacturing enterprises must adapt to the needs of the current times.They must attach importance to the study of advanced industrial engineering technology and management methods.Only explore the application of lean thinking for rationalization,efficiency,information and intelligent improvement,and infiltrate it into enterprise production management,can help enterprises to save production costs,improve production efficiency,and obtain sustainable competitiveness in the market.F group is the world's largest manufacturing OEM,which has many subsidiaries producing different types of electronic products for different custo mers.Among them,C company is one of the subsidiary corporations,mainly producing medium and high-end communication products,such as servers,switches and routers.The senior managers of company attach great importance to the on-site project improvement,and set up a special project service team to implement lean production improvement.The purpose is to reduce production cost,improve the production and operation efficiency,meet the basic needs of customers and strive for more orders.In this paper,the standard operating procedure(SOP)used in C company's manufacturing is taken as the research object.It introduces and analysis the problems exposed in the current use of the traditional SOP files,and reviews the necessity and feasibility of using lean thinking to improve the current problems.Based on the background of the senior supervisor's emphasis on the workshop paperless improvement,it considers to integrate lean production with informatization,and develops a management information platform named electronic SOP to realize the unified management and centralized control of the SOP.It can not only eliminate the material cost,but also reduce the input of human labor hours,improve production efficiency and customer satisfaction.This project has two stages to improve,the first stage improvement is mainly to establish an ESOP system to implement SOP documents electronically;The second stage aims at the problem points in the trial run of the system,upgrading and transforming the ESOP system to realize the stability and reliability of the system.It lays a good founfation for enterprises to improve lean production information and intelligent manufacturing transformation,meanwhile has great reference value for other manufacturing enterprises.
