Trends of the industrialization of industrial software development presents new challenges to software development project management of T Company which this dissertation briefly introduces problems encountered in.This dissertation proposes Lean improvement of SDPM(software development process model)? requirement analysis and human resource configuration respectively.Firstly, this dissertation applies lean thinking to SDPM of T Company. In order to adaptive lean principles to software development, three value standards of activity and eight categories of waste are identified. The problems as well as improvements are found by VSM with a quality analysis for development process. In order to make a Just-In-Time delivery, the development process re-engineering is designed with some processes integrated and optimized, which achieves standardized development with flexibility and leveling.Secondly, this dissertation proposes a user behavior oriented structured requirement analysis model. With this model, software functional requirements and system behavior can be extracted by OOA method from the structured description translated from user behavior descriptions and putted into QFD.The number of information transmission in software requirements analysis process can be reduced as well as improving the quality of software requirements and efficiency in analysis. The critical software functional requirements and system behaviors can be generated from HOQ,which can evaluate the degree of software functional requirements and system behavior. With taking software requirement analysis of forklift positioning system as example, this dissertation makes a preliminary verification. Finally, the dissertation analyzes the waste problem due to the uneven distribution of multi-project human resources allocation, proposes a resource leveling model to minimize this waste under the conditions that all activities are assigned with a fixed dead time and make an example to verify this model by Lingo11.
