Research On SMIS Software Project Management Optimization Based On Lean Thinking

Lean thinking originated in manufacturing,with the aim of eliminating waste,reducing costs and maximizing value.With the development of industrial technology,management concepts have been increasingly valued by corporate managers,while lean thinking has been widely used in all walks of life.As a special "production method",software development can also use lean thinking and principles to guide the development of software products and project management.This paper takes Z company's SMIS software project as the research object.The main idea of the thesis is to focus on the research object,and the idea of “eliminating waste” and “overall improvement” runs through it,and comprehensively applies the practical principles,methods and tools in lean management thinking.Research and practice the issues of asking questions,analyzing problems,solving problems,and evaluating results.Firstly,the paper summarizes the theory of software development and lean thinking,and provides methods and theoretical basis for subsequent research.The second,paper begins with the third chapter,and firstly explores the problems existing in the current stage through interviews and questionnaires.Lean principles and analytical methods analyze the main causes of problems and classify them into three points: the understanding bias in the process of demand transfer,the waste in the workflow and the problem of team organization management;then the fourth chapter is aimed at summarizing the three The problem is based on lean management methods and practical tools to solve the problem solving ideas.The corresponding solutions for the design of ideas include: using the "user story" rules to improve the demand docking,designing the "kanban method" to optimize the workflow to reduce waste,and to use the activities in the Scrum framework.The rules optimize the management of the team and the way of communication in the project activities;finally,track the completion of the user story during the trial of the improvement plan,and analyze the completion data of the user story: the efficiency of the team work during the trial period is improved compared with the optimization 41%,product delivery cycle is better Nearly two-thirds of the shortened front.It can be seen that the use of lean thinking has a significant effect on software project optimization,and it has reference significance for software project management of the same type and scale.
