With rapid development of world economic, market competitive become more intensively. The custom requirement has diversity and personalized character. The characteristic of multi specification and small batch production has become the main mode. In the manufacturing process, a series of problems are found in such mode and it makes it difficult to increase the efficiency, yield and benefit. Under this circumstance, many companies induce lean production to their manufacturing system. Through practice, many companies have made significant achievements, the concept of lean production companies have been gradually recognized by countries around the world and widely used. And, with manufacturing production systems become more complicated, to scientific planning and layout of production lines, more effective method is through computer simulation.Computer simulation is a methodology to transfer the real production system to a computer simulation model of the software. This method can be achieved through the production system operating conditions of the forecast system to help decision-makers to find the root cause, thus achieving the production system improvement and optimization purposes.Based on the lean production theory, the integrated use of lean manufacturing and industrial engineering principles and methods of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis by the method of combining a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the company's production line layout of J company aimed at improving Improve production efficiency, reduce costs of the improvement. After the research of the company J's production system, the establishment of a production line Flexsim simulation model to determine the bottlenecks in the production process, and propose the corresponding improvement program. Use Flexsim modeling, we obtain feasibility verification, which reflects the Flexsim production line simulation applications in the superiority. The results of this study can be used in others companies in the production line and can be promoted in the same industry or similar enterprises. Meanwhile, the result could provide the basis for reference in the application of lean thinking.
