| As an emerging strategic industry in the 21st century,software industry has been developing rapidly in recent years.With the rise of mobile Internet,Internet software enterprises,which mainly develop and operate intelligent applications,have sprung up.For Internet software projects,fierce competition,complex application scenarios,and constantly shortened product and service life cycle will increase the difficulty of project management.Lean thinking originated from the Toyota production mode proposed by Toyota in the 1980s.It sums up the new management thinking contained in the Toyota production mode and lean production from the theoretical height,and expands its application scope to other fields outside the manufacturing industry,so as to promote managers to rethink the enterprise workflow,so as to eliminate waste and create value.This paper takes the NS Enterprise Training Platform project of company B as the research object,uses the principles,methods and practical tools of lean thinking,and puts forward the optimization strategy of project management according to the ideas of finding,analyzing and solving problems.It provides a feasible management scheme for the case project,and also provides a reference for other Internet enterprises.This paper first summarizes the theory of software project management and lean thinking,analyzes the characteristics of Internet software projects,and provides theoretical basis and practical tools for the follow-up research.Then,through in-depth interviews with the project team members of NS enterprise training platform,the problems existing in the management process of the project are initially found.At the same time,the waste in the workflow is analyzed by using the value flow chart.It is found that the project has too long lead time to meet the business needs,too much manpower and time waste in the development process,and the development rhythm is vulnerable to new needs The impact of insertion,low communication efficiency of project team members and other core issues.Then,based on the theory and practice tools of lean thinking,the corresponding optimization strategies are put forward for the core problems found,which are improving the iterative mode to speed up the value delivery,applying Kanban method to realize the visualization of workflow,controlling the number of WIP to grasp the development rhythm,improving the meeting system to improve the communication efficiency and establishing the measurement index system to evaluate the R&D efficiency.Finally,the paper puts forward the implementation guarantee measures for the optimization strategy of project management,and suggests using PDCA-SDCA cycle to achieve continuous improvement. |
