Lean management thinking originated from Japan's Toyota,and Toyota's outstanding performance in the international market has promoted the widespread application of this thinking in developed countries such as Europe and the United States.Since the reform and opening up,small and medium-sized enterprises with various economic components have developed rapidly,and their status and role in the national economy have become increasingly prominent.Many companies are already considering introducing or have introduced lean management thinking.Because most enterprises implement lean management or the traditional on-site guidance method of consultants of consulting companies,they need to invest a certain amount of human and financial resources in the early stage,which is not suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises with small financial strength.The project aims to improve the management level of small and medium-sized enterprises,and has developed a lean management cloud service platform system based on the Saa S model,which solidifies the knowledge,technology and experience of lean management in the form of software,and is supported by a low-cost software system.The implementation and improvement of the lean management process of small and medium-sized enterprises and the improvement of the efficiency,effectiveness and feasibility of lean management are of great practical significance.The system includes 6S management,improvement proposals,lean school,enterprise information customization,personal information and And platform management modules.The 6S management module initiates activities,discovers problems,problem countermeasures,countermeasure acceptance,and one-click generation of proposals,promptly discovers problems and solves problems,and improves the production management process of the enterprise.The improvement proposal module accumulates management wisdom through proposal declaration,preliminary proposal evaluation,proposal evaluation,proposal confirmation,and proposal review.The Lean Lecture module popularizes lean management thinking through video courses,lean ideas and6 S libraries.Enterprise information customization realizes personalized customization of enterprise's organizational structure and management standards.The personal information module customizes personal information and displays personal lean management performance.It also provides social attributes such as We Chat binding and sharing to Wechat friend circle.The statistical function of 6S management and proposal module,which makes the lean management improvement process and achievements explicit.In order to promptly advance problem handling and proposal review,a notification mechanism was also designed.Platform management module is responsible for daily operation and maintenance of the system.The system provides i OS and Android mobile terminal App and Web platform management system to meet the needs of users with different roles.The system uses a completely separated front-end and back-end architecture.The front-end uses the mainstream front-end development framework Vue.js and the excellent mobile front-end hybrid development framework Framework7.The back-end provides services to the front-end using REST APIs,and uses Spring MVC + SpringBoot + My Batis with a complete ecosystem.I was responsible for the design and implementation of the core of the system including 6S management module,improvement proposals module,and the enterprise information customization module.At present,the system has been put into operation,with nearly one hundred registered enterprise users and they give good feedback.
