With the gradual increase in the demand for miniaturization,high integration,and high quality and low cost of electronic products,the assembly density of Surface Mounted Technology(SMT)products continues to increase,and the volume of materials continues to decrease.The types and numbers of components to be mounted on the surface of PCB(Printed Circuit Board)boards are increasing.The SMT production line has a fast production process and a complex production process.In the entire SMT product manufacturing cycle,not only involves more process data,but also contains various material information data,so an information-based intelligent manufacturing management system is needed to assist production.In order to improve product quality,reduce the problem of wrong materials and untimely data collection in the production process,combined with Radio Frequency Identification(RFID),this paper proposes an RFID-based SMT manufacturing management system.The specific research content is as follows:First,the framework of the RFID-based SMT manufacturing management system is built.By analyzing the composition and working principle of RFID technology,and deploying RFID equipment,constructing SMT smart objects to make the manufacturing environment intelligent;then using Zig Bee wireless technology to build the hardware structure of the RFID reading and writing system so that data can be transmitted through wireless technology;finally,analyzing the manufacturing process and requirements of the SMT workshop,and establishing the overall structure framework of the RFID-based SMT manufacturing management system based on the analysis results.Then,the RFID-based SMT manufacturing management system function and database is designed.Based on the analysis of the manufacturing process and requirements of the SMT workshop,starting from the points that can improve the production problems,determine the main functions of the system,and using the modular idea to divide the RFID-based SMT manufacturing management system into six functional modules,including personnel management Module,warehouse management module,process manufacturing management module,business management module,quality traceability query module and RFID setting module,and introducing and designing the related functions of each module;then analyzing the database structure,and firstly conceptualize the database through E-R diagram Model design,and useing Powerdesigner16.5 software and paradigm modeling to transform the database conceptual model into a database logical model,and then establishing a database physical model based on the database logical model;finally,identifing the tags in the smart object through the RFID reader to analyze the collection process of process data collection and warehouse management data collection.Finally,the RFID-based SMT manufacturing management system is developed and tested.With the help of Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 platform,the RFID-based SMT manufacturing management system functions are programmed and developed through C#language.Then combined with the actual SMT production line,RFID equipment is deployed in the production workshop to construct a simulated intelligent production environment.Eventually,the main SMT process corresponding functions such as data collection function,upper plate printing error-proof function,patch loading error-proof function,inventory and warehousing record information query and other related functions are tested and verified.This paper proposes an SMT material information identification method based on RFID data collection,indirectly realizes the identification of SMT materials through RFID technology,and integrates RFID technology into the SMT manufacturing process to achieve error prevention in the manufacturing process.Through test verification,the system realized the real-time collection of SMT product manufacturing data,and effectively reduced the flow of wrong materials into the production line,which verified the feasibility of the RFID-based SMT manufacturing management system function.Through this system,the occurrence of wrong material incidents can be reduced,thereby improving the production efficiency of the enterprise and ensuring the quality of the products.
