With the global economic development,the discrete manufacturing orders tend to be more variety and smaller batch,which require companies to grasp the production situation and adjust production plans to meet rapidly changing market at any time.Through the real-time and accurate data obtained from the production workshop,the MES system makes a reasonable production plan and effectively guides the operation of the plant.However,the existing methods of data acquisition are artificial collection,which seriously affect the real-time and accuracy of the data,and then affect the accurate control of the production,thus strengthening the information integration of the MES system is particularly important.This paper relies on the project "energy efficiency improvement and information integration technology for the traditional industries" sustained by Science and Technology Department of Hebei Province,taking a steel structure company in Shijiazhuang as Application background,designs a data acquisition terminal device based on Android,which completes the real-time,accurate collection and processing of the data in the workshop,and provides the data support for the information integration of MES system.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the operating conditions and existing problems of MES system,pointing out the shortcomings of the system in data acquisition and processing.Combined with the characteristics of its actual production,the method of combining RFID/NFC with the data acquisition terminal equipment is proposed,designed a data acquisition scheme based on the Internet of things,which combined the the data collection terminal with the MES system.Secondly,according to the data acquisition needs above,the hardware and software of the terminal are selected,and the hardware interfaces are analyzed in detail.In addition the technology of RFID/NFC,image acquisition,data transmission and workshop network are studied.Thirdly,the article designs the overall functional architecture of the software terminal,and studied the association scheme of the terminal and the actual program,from personnel management,production planning management,quality management and inventory management four areas,then completes the relational database design to support software functionality.Finally,I set up a test environment based on android system for software and hardware.Accordingto the key technologies presented above,I completed the realization of software functions and conducted a software interface display.
