Optical fiber manufacturing has a wide variety of product types,and the manufacturing process is complex and discrete.It depends on job scheduling to optimize its entire process flow.Often,the job scheduling problem will directly affect the efficiency of the shop's operation,and the shop scheduling and on-site acquisition The real-time feedback to the information is closely related.Nowadays,the rapid increase in optical cable production operations information and the complexity of production systems make traditional manual collection,transmission,and statistical information methods unable to keep up with the requirements of workshop production scheduling.Therefore,there is an urgent need for an informatization oriented to optical cable manufacturing to improve its status quo.Management system.Data acquisition and production scheduling are two core functions in the Manufacturing Execution System(MES).The former can help the workshop managers accurately monitor the status information of the job shop's materials,equipment,personnel,etc.,and view the production plan.The progress of the implementation,the latter is based on feedback from the real-time production information scheduling operations scheduling management,making the workshop production orderly.This article takes the actual production situation of a cable company as the background,combines the Internet of things technology and MES related theories,and focuses on the following aspects of research work:Firstly,based on the analysis of the whole process and production status of optical fiber cable manufacturing,according to the problem of fiber optic cable production workshop and functional requirements,a MES design framework for optical fiber cable manufacturing is proposed,and the two MES core functions of its data acquisition and job shop scheduling are focused on.Then,the common three acquisition methods were compared and analyzed.The Internet of Things' s RFID and Zig Bee technology were used to research and design the optical cable MES data acquisition terminal.The design and system work flow were explained from both hardware and software aspects.Secondly,the shop scheduling framework model was established based on the theoretical standards and the model of the shop scheduling algorithm was studied.The universal gravitation algorithm is used as the basis of the algorithm of the shop scheduling,and a multi-strategy universal gravitational force is proposed for the shortcomings of the slow convergence rate and the easy-to-premature algorithm when the gravitational search algorithm solves the job shop scheduling problem.The search algorithm is used and simulated on MATALB.Finally,the MES database was designed,using ASP.NET as the development technology,C# as the development language,and SQL Server2008 as the database,which realized the development of the upper management system,including login,production status review,equipment management,product process management,and orders.Management and other functional modules,and the main page is displayed.
