To become the most competitive manufacture is the F enterprise's strategic objectives. Improving production processes and no value-added operations as possible as, and maximizing profits and benefits are always the most concern of every business leader. We continue to improve production efficiency, to reduce production costs, to improve management of precision, which requires companies to know the real situation of production and materials, so as to provide real and reliable information in real-time to the production managements to make scientific and reasonable production decisions. Therefore, all types of the enterprise's production data are particularly important, which requires us to continuously upgrade the quality of production data collection, to plan and design the management information systems consistent with the enterprise characteristics, to establish agile operation management system for manufacture, so as to meet the company's strategic objectives requirements.Based on the RFID application in various industries, and the situation analysis of production and management of electronic OEM industry, combined with i product's site critical production process management in F enterprise, applying with industrial engineering ideas, build the production data acquisition model which improve the i products' through RFID, design and development develop the management system of data collection, and analyze the results and benefits of system application.Base the research and application on improving the production data collection of i product through RFID in F enterprise. This paper intends to propose some specific method to evaluate import, and implement RFID, and to provide some useful thinking for managements studying RFID applications. And hope that this model application can lead companies to move closer to the lean production methods, and this production model is referenced and widely used.
