Application Study Of Based On Data Collecting System Of RFID In MES

Manufacturing Executing System (MES) is a bridge between enterprise information and manufacturing data to implement quick production and made smartness production come true. MES can collect and record necessary real-time data and trace the quality of products efficiently to protect products strictly processed according to specified requirement.This paper provides a scheme according to the actual requirement from a car-fitting factory to ensure the stability, accuracy and efficiency for data collection .we can complete RFID data collection and real-time data transmission using RFID automatic recognition principle. One kind of data collection terminal has been designed as a Client to setup user friendly interface operated by management software. By comparing the advantages and deficiencies of the current Management Information Systems (MIS), tri-layers C/S architecture is adopted to ensure both of the data transmitting speed and accuracy ofconnection between data base and data processing .
