Research And Development On Information Management System Of Manufacturing Process Based On RFID Technology

The increasingly fierce market competition makes the traditional modes of organization andmanagement thoughts out of times. Implementation of information technology is a powerful tool forenterprises to actively respond to competition. At present, information management system representedby ERP has been widely used. ERP systems focus on overall business However, production scheduleand order real-time implementation cannot be controlled because of the weak capabilities of productionprocess monitoring and tracking. Workshop manufacturing process management information technologyis the foundation of enterprise information, and most important step. The problems of production datacollection needs to be solved in order to realize the workshop information.Based on the characteristics of discrete manufacturing enterprise workshop manufacturing processmanagement and existing problems, the requirements of the workshop manufacturing processinformation management system was analyzed, the difficult problem of data acquisition was solved byusing the radio frequency identification RFID technology and workshop manufacturing processinformation management system based on the RFID was developed.The existing problems of discrete manufacturing production management were analyzed. RFIDtechnology was used in manufacturing site. Production data collection and processing withhigh-efficiency and the specific function demand of manufacturing process management system wasstudied. According to the functional model of the existing manufacturing execution system andcombining with actual production conditions of the discrete manufacturing enterprises, a detaileddatabase of system was analyzed and then designed. And these modules including basic datamanagement module, information acquisition module, management module in the products, warehousemanagement module, integrated query module and statistical analysis module were designed in detail.Using Microsoft Visual Studio2008as a development tool, C#as development language andMicrosoft SQL Server2005as the database and basing on client/Server mode of design, workshopmanufacturing process information management system based on RFID was developed.
