RFID (Radio frequency identification) is an automatic identification technology developed rapidly in recent years,and has been widely applied to various fields. Philips company Mifare contactless IC technology is the mainstream of intelligent rf cards today. Mifare smart IC card is highly safe and high reliability and division of the structural characteristics, and support a card.The design with single-chip microcomputer and multi-purpose card readers as the core of the data acquisition module can be widely used in various fields. For modern manufacturing, it presents a high MES data collection of function requirement. The paper combines RFID chip technology and information technology, and applied to the industrial data collection system.The research for embedded data acquisition terminal design scheme presents the field of production based on RFID.This paper introduces the rf non-contact card application and development situation, non-contact smart rf communications theoretical basis and method, the paper analyses the contactless IC card system and control protocol for production cost control system in real-time information data acquisition module. According to the determined RFID data acquisition terminal, combined with the basic function of structure design of the embedded application system design method, the main focus on reader hardware and software system development, introduces its function of IC card reader of the structure and working principle.The hardware design includes chip selection, master and transceiver chip interface technology and various hardware module design. It also includes software development modules, such as software design program development environment, the choice of the card reader and communication process and other hardware module driver. This article detailed analysis of the single-chip microcomputer system and the principle of IC card program process, and with the main function and relevant code.Software system is mainly from the angle of general design, realization of basic function, high stability, reading and writing. Based on some specific application procedures,it can satisfy various auxiliary application requirements, and has a good portability. Using the design of embedded production data acquisition terminal RFID for secondary development, with MES integration, RFID can improve the real-time data acquisition speed, accuracy and stability.
