The Study Of Reader Service Innovation In Public Library

With the development of society and science and technology,the people's material living standards are constantly improving,and the quality of public cultural services is increasingly demanding.The main social contradictions in China have been transformed into the contradiction between the growing needs of people's better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.In order to meet the increasing demand of the people,Jiangxi Provincial public libraries at all levels constantly innovate readers' service.Libraries at all levels innovate from different aspects,such as service concept,service content,personnel innovation,space innovation,etc.,which bring readers new reading experience and high-quality service.In order to better let Jiangxi Provincial Public library understand the real situation of its innovation service,further improve its readers' innovation service.This paper,based on the background of the times,introduces the basic concepts of public library,public cultural service,new public service theory,and points out the necessity of the innovation of reader service in public library.By using the methods of literature research,satisfaction questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,and combining with the examples of readers' service innovation in some provinces and cities of China,this paper shows what other public libraries can learn from in the aspect of reader service innovation,at the same time,we can find out the problems existing in the innovation of reader service in Jiangxi public library by combining the questionnaire of readers' satisfaction,and put forward some suggestions.Through the innovation of the reader service innovation of Jiangxi Provincial public library,I hope to provide some constructive reference for the national public library to carry out the reader service innovation,and put forward corresponding suggestions on the problems existing in the service innovation of Jiangxi Provincial public library,and contribute some strength to the reader service innovation of Jiangxi Provincial public library,In order to help the development of public library in Jiangxi Province,and then promote the development of the national public library.
