A Study On Service Innovation Of County-level Public Library

County Public Library,located in the county of the city as an important document information service,connected with the urban and rural areas,undertake grassroots services,improve urban and rural people's spiritual civilization and promoting the important functions of the quality of the population.Entered the information age,with the rapid development of information technology,Internet technology,the way people access to knowledge and information become digital,mobile,network resources become the first choice for users to access information,traditional library services have been unable to meet the needs of users digital age,county libraries function is increasingly weakened.Because of the degree of economic development,local government attaches great importance to different degrees and other reasons,the county public library management system,service concept,talent team construction and developed areas has been widening.In view of the current development of county public library,innovation service mode,improve service quality,meet the needs of citizens is growing culture,is also the national cultural soft governance,to achieve equalization of public cultural services.This article takes the Xiangfu District Library in Kaifeng as the research object,based on the questionnaire survey of the service innovation reader satisfaction of Xiangfu District Library,and the questionnaire of innovation service of county-level public libraries,combining the interviews with librarians and the standardization construction materials of Xiangfu District Library,understand the service innovation status of Xiangfu District Library and county-level public libraries.Through the analysis of the data,it is concluded that there are obstacles to county-level public libraries.The common problems of library service innovation are,difference in service levels,lack of innovation ideas,inadequate propaganda,poor management systems,lack of literature resources,single service forms,lack of professionals,insufficient funding,and specific solutions,That is,establish new service concepts,innovate service brands,reform funding mechanisms,enrich service contents,expand service scope,improve management models,and innovate service measures.We hope to provide reference for the comprehensive development of county-level public libraries,so as to improve the service quality of county-level public libraries in China and give full play to the service effectiveness of county-level public libraries.
