Public library is an important part of China's public cultural service construction and an important public institution indispensable to the construction of China's modern cultural system.With the progress of The Times,the needs of readers are more diversified and personalized.Public library services should constantly create novel service contents and service methods,introduce new technical means,train new management talents,serve readers and give full play to their social value.This paper first introduces the research status quo at home and abroad,then expounds the relevant theoretical knowledge,references and studies the four-dimensional model of service innovation in management science,and analyzes the excellent cases of service innovation in China.Secondly expounds the investigation process of hebei librarians and readers and results,and analyzes the results,it is concluded that the current situation of library's service innovation in hebei,and its existing problems,including novel,service and innovation is not the reader demand does not match,publicity and marketing service does not reach the designated position,traditional offline activities way,WeChat public platform construction is imperfect,the lack of service innovation incentive mechanism,to improve librarians' professional quality level,not enough to the end of the service innovation,lack of depth of data analysis,new media services,and various forms of innovation based on the problem,in order to encourage as the direction,This paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as fully understanding readers' needs,innovating marketing methods,enriching service contents,innovating service methods,establishing service innovation incentive mechanism,perfecting librarian performance appraisal system,establishing reasonable training mechanism,developing deep data mining and analysis technology,combining AR technology with RFID technology and call book system.Finally,this paper puts forward the four-dimensional model of service innovation in hebei province. |
