The Schedule Management Optimization Research Of Dedicated Internet Access Engineering Project Of Telecom Operators

The most frequent problem is these projects can not be completed on schedule, which leads to customers can not opening and using the network communication service according to their predetermined time, customers satisfaction decreased, even the occurrence of a customer change his network, seriously affecting the company’s business development and image. Among them, a typical one kind of project is opening a dedicated Internet business for group customers. This paper studies the dedicated Internet access engineering project of Telecom operators as an example, tries to solve the problem, which is how to ensure the telecom operators dedicated Internet project completed on schedule, so as to improve the telecom operators dedicated service quality.This paper mainly studies the schedule management building and optimization problem of dedicated Internet access engineering project of Telecom operators. Due to the current telecom operators are not from the overall perspective of the project schedule management to plan and control the dedicated Internet access engineering project, so this paper will firstly use investigation method to summary and build the network planning chart of such projects. This paper firstly interviews the business customers of domestic telecom operators who uses a dedicated Internet business, to make clear the problems in the schedule management of dedicated Internet access engineering project of Telecom operators. And then, through interviewing the relevant departments’employees and leaders of telecom operators, this paper summarizes and plans the network planning chart of such projects. After investigation and analysis, determine the critical path of these projects. Next, this paper will mainly use the critical chain method to optimize the building network planning of dedicated Internet access engineering project of Telecom operators, through the analysis of network planning chart and related data obtained, determine the key process and key resources which affected such engineering project schedule, tries to design a set of new management process of schedule optimization for such projects.In this paper, investigation method and critical chain method were applied to the Schedule management of dedicated Internet access engineering project of Telecom operators, hope to strengthen the project schedule management technology in the actual project role. At the same time, this paper also hope to help telecom operators to understand and reflect their own possible existing problems of schedule management of dedicated Internet access engineering project, to effectively improve the project construction period, to improve the service quality and customer satisfaction, meanwhile, to help the market of dedicated Internet business developed better.
