As the hope of the country in the future,the cultivation of children's reading ability is particularly important.In recent years,the attention of various countries to graded reading is increasing,and the practice of graded reading in Chinese libraries is also increasing.Children's library to provide children's reading promotion can effectively play their own advantages to improve the efficiency of children's reading,guide children who lack the desire to read to like reading and assist in training children's reading ability,enhance their personal cultivation and quality.At the same time,children of different ages have different reading ability and physical and mental development level.To carry out hierarchical reading promotion for children's needs is more conducive to give full play to the service concept of"user-demand-oriented" advocated by modern libraries,and provide more targeted services for children.This paper analyzes the concepts related to the promotion of graded reading and expounds relevant theories.On the basis of clarifying the reading needs of children of all ages,it uses the network survey method to understand some children's libraries,comprehensively analyzes the status quo of the promotion of graded reading and the existing problems,and then analyzes the causes of the problems.Therefore,the author puts forward the promotion and optimization strategy of hierarchical reading in children's library from both theoretical and practical aspects,which consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction of the whole paper,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the promotion of graded reading in children's library under the national reading environment,analyzes the research status at home and abroad,and clarifies the research methods,ideas and innovation points of this paperThe second part is theoretical research.It analyzes the concepts and connotation of hierarchical reading promotion in children's library,puts forward the specific meaning of hierarchical reading and reading promotion,and expounds the theories related to hierarchical reading in children's library.The third part is the model construction,which divides the age of children into stages,analyzes the reading needs of children aged 0-3,3-6,6-12,12-15 and 15-18 based on the characteristics of children's physical and mental development and cognitive development,and builds an ideal model to guide the analysis and strategy optimization of hierarchical reading promotion in children's library as follows.The fourth part is the current situation investigation,based on the model framework investigation to understand the status quo of hierarchical reading promotion in many children's libraries such as Shenzhen Children's Library and Xiamen Children's Library.Pointed out that at present our country exist in children library classification reading promotion activities promote dynamics is insufficient,the classification rate is low,lack of innovative activity form,the cooperation range is relatively narrow and lack of the guidance of the scientific evaluation of problem,summarized its costs because of insufficient consciousness of national grade,the library personnel structure unreasonable,the museum resources construction,and lack of lack of cooperation mechanism and evaluation system.Fifth part is the strategy analysis,based on ideal model,for the fourth chapter the problems and the causes of children library classification reading promotion from the hierarchical consciousness,optimize personnel structure,improve the museum resources construction,build cooperation alliance and establish a classification system and feedback mechanism these five aspects to explore children's library classification reading promotion optimization strategy.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect of the study.The conclusion is drawn,the shortcomings of the study are summarized and the prospect of the future is put forward.
