With the continuous improvement of China‘s education level,many colleges and universities are carrying out continuous reform in order to meet the needs of the development of the times.As the knowledge treasure house of the whole school,the service mode and work content of university library have changed greatly in recent years.If many universities want to maintain their own competitiveness,they must pay attention to the scientific reform of their own library human resource management.The fine,scientific and effective management of human resources in university library is deeply influenced by the matching degree between librarians and their own positions.It is of great significance to study the matching degree between Librarians' own quality and their work positions for the human resources management of university library.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of this paper,and describes the research status at home and abroad in detail,then introduces the research content,methods and framework of this paper,and explains the difficulties and innovations of this paper.Then it expounds the three basic concepts of human resource,human resource management and human resource management of university library,and analyzes the theoretical connotation,ideological basis and basic theory of human resource matching.This paper selects 11 key university libraries in Xi'an as the representatives,comprehensively adopts the methods of questionnaire and interview,and analyzes the current situation of human resource matching in the human resource management of the library from the four functional positions of the office,the technology department,the circulation department and the discipline service department of the University Library,and summarizes the mismatches in the aspects of educational background,professional structure,professional title requirements and professional ability Problem.According to the specific problems,this paper puts forward the dynamic management mode of human resource matching in university library,which is mainly divided into four main contents: the current situation and diagnosis of human resource matching,the first evaluation of human resource matching,the adjustment of competency and the re evaluation of human resource matching.Secondly,it puts forward the establishment of human resource acquisition mechanism,the enrichment of librarian training content and the strengthening of librarian training Finally,the paper chooses to optimize the selection mechanism to provide security for the introduction of high-level talents,the introduction of qualification certification system to provide security for the professional structure of librarians,improve the subject librarian system to change the title of traditional institutions,establish a competitive mechanism for the professional ability of librarians To provide safeguard measures to guarantee the realization of the matching of people and positions in the human resource management of university library.The author hopes that through this research on human resource management of eleven University Libraries in Xi‘an City,we can fully realize the important role of human resource matching in the construction of university library human resource.The countermeasures put forward in this paper can provide effective reference for the human resource reform of many university libraries in Xi'an.
