Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Human Resource Management In University Libraries

The rapid development of computer technology,network technology and modern information technology has a direct impact on the library.Human resources are one of the most important resources in the library,playing a leading role in the library work,but the traditional quality of librarians and human resources management mode can not adapt to the changes in the library environment.Therefore,the innovation and improvement of library human resource management in the new era become the key to the successful transformation of library.This paper starts with the basic concept of human resource management and summarizes the characteristics of library human resources.Statistical analysis of several different types university library human resources present situation,for the lack of human resources,organizational structure is unreasonable,lack of librarians continuing education,the problems such as appraisal system is not perfect,draw lessons from foreign advanced human resource management in university library,shaping positive library organization culture to guide the librarians to correct values;Adopting a scientific and effective way of continuing education with clear direction to improve the quality and professional ability of librarians;Innovative performance appraisal system gives fair and just evaluation to the work of librarians;Improve the organization setting and enrich the post design to provide a variety of career development paths for librarians.To promote the overall sustainable development of the library through the continuous improvement of the quality and professional ability of the librarians,and to provide strength for the scientific research of the school.
