Institutions of higher learningmanagement trends, integration of human resources, management tools, anddevelopment through information technology.In various industries have the era of information technology reform, institutions ofhigher learning the traditional manual way of office has been unable to meet thedevelopment of the times, along with the Human Resources theoretical knowledge tocontinue to accumulate, the human resources office needs from content, means, andthere are management information system to re-analyze and use, but also made newdemands, new challenges.
