The library as a set of knowledge storage, organization,management and other aspects and one, the internal management is very complex.Especially in twenty-first Century with the arrival of the information age, the establishment of modern digital library makes the library management more difficult, and at the same time requirement for the comprehensive quality of librarians is getting higher and higher, the Librarians in the new period should not only do well the basic management work of library, and also to be able to use information technology to provide professional network service for teachers and students, at the same time in various disciplines also have certain professional literacy, so as to provide professional consulting services for the students, so the comprehensive quality of librarians is very important for the development of the library. The human resource management of university library is an important measure to improve the comprehensive quality of librarians, is an important step in the development of library, for the development of colleges and universities is also of great significance, so do the work of human resource management in university library is the need to focus on the current problems in the management of colleges and universities.The establishment of a modern library is an important content of the development of coll eges and universities, but there are still many problems in the actual process, these problems will become a stumbling block in the process of construction, so it is essential to study deepl y in order to solve these problems. Therefore, we can find that the quality of the library staff will directly determine the value of the library an d service ability. But from the current situation of human resource management of university 1 ibrary, the majority of university library human resources management exists improper, wheth er talents reserves, or professional configuration and other aspects of management there are s ome defects, which led directly to the University Library’s overall service capacity is weak, s o according to the present situation of human resources in University Library at present in-dep th analysis, so as to promote the overall development of University Libraries in China, attenti on shall be paid to the management of colleges and universities is the problem in the process of.This article from the related theories of human resource management perspective,focus on the analysis of the important role played by the human resource management in the process of management in university library, and also adopts the methods of investigation and resear ch, on the situation of human resources management of 12College Libraries of An hui provin ce were analyzed, including the status quo of human resource, talent introduction and goodnes s management etc. hand, ultimately to the related survey data for the statistical analysis, and c arries on the analysis according to the results, and analysis of the existing in University Libra ries in An hui province in the process of human resources management problems, and finally puts forward specific measures to solve these problems.
