Study On The Strategies Of Improving The Service Efficiency Of T City Library

The Public Library Law of the People's Republic of China(hereinafter referred to as the Public Library Law),which was formally implemented in 2018,has provided strong legal support for the development of China's public libraries.The law's aim is to make a wider people better able to enjoy the public library services,in order to enhance the level of the public library service,must pay attention to the public library service efficiency of the building,in the long run,to the public library service efficiency construction promotes the development of library cause,to strengthen the cultural confidence in our country,the road of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,built culture have more profound significance.Since the new library was built,T city library has made great achievements and has great influence in the central and western city public library.However,after investigation,it is found that there are still some deficiencies in the construction of its service efficiency.Therefore,this paper takes the service efficiency of T City Library as the research object,which is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of public library service efficiency,research trends and innovations at home and abroad.The second chapter summarizes and combs the related concepts and theoretical basis of the service efficiency of public library,focusing on the analysis of the influencing factors of the service efficiency of T city library,including five aspects of service function,service means,service mechanism,service efficiency and service effect,and briefly expounds the relevant theoretical basis,namely the theory of public products and the theory of new public service.The third chapter is the analysis of T city library service satisfaction questionnaire.The fourth chapter,combined with the results of the questionnaire and the author's work practice,finds that the service conditions of T city library are superior,the service functions are more complete,the intelligent means are constantly optimized,the operation mechanism is initially established,and the service effect is gradually improved.The fifth chapter,according to the results of the questionnaire and related data,analyzes the problems and reasons in the service efficiency construction of T city library,and finds that there are some problems,such as insufficient optimization of the collection literature structure,inadequate in-depth service,imbalance between supply and demand of service resources,and unreasonable personnel structure.The reasons for the correction are that the relevant legal system is not perfect,the fund guarantee is not strong,the management mechanism is not perfect,and the operation is not perfect The mechanism is not perfect,and the participation of social forces is insufficient.The sixth chapter puts forward the strategies to improve the service efficiency of T city library.We need to improve local laws and regulations,improve the internal system of the library,strengthen the fund guarantee and reasonable allocation of purchase funds,strengthen human resource management and promote user management,optimize the operation mechanism and promote long-term development,consolidate basic services and strengthen in-depth services,and encourage individuals and social organizations to participate in the construction.
