Research On The Precision Service Of Public Library Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

In 2017,Comrade Xi Jinping first proposed the rural revitalization strategy in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.In September2018,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)".And they issued a notice requesting all regions and all departments conscientiously implement it in light of actual conditions.Since then,rural revitalization strategies have been implemented throughout the country.As my country wins the battle against poverty as scheduled in2020,my country has entered a new stage of transition from poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.In 2021,the No.1 Central Document "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization and Accelerating Agricultural and Rural Modernization" has made comprehensive arrangements for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.If the nation is to be rejuvenated,the village must be rejuvenated.Our country regards the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization as a major task for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It uses the power of the whole party and the whole society to promote the development of rural revitalization strategy and accelerate the realization of the long-term goal of agricultural and rural modernization.The rural revitalization strategy mainly includes five aspects: “revitalization of rural industries,revitalization of rural talents,revitalization of rural culture,revitalization of rural ecology,and revitalization of rural organizations”.Among them,rural cultural revitalization is an important element that runs through the rural revitalization strategy,and its effect will directly affect the implementation and effectiveness of rural revitalization.As an important unit of cultural construction,public libraries must shoulder the responsibility of providing information services to rural reader groups and helping rural culture revitalize.At the same time,public libraries should emphasize precision in serving rural revitalization to ensure accurate service items,accurate service targets and on-demand services.Therefore,it is worth thinking about how public libraries can accurately contribute to the rural revitalization strategy.First of all,on the basis of the domestic and foreign related research summary of the precision service of public libraries in the context of rural revitalization strategies and the introduction of precision service related theories,the paper uses the literature research method,network research method and comparative research method.The aim is to conduct surveys for the part of the public libraries in China that provides information services for the current implementation of rural revitalization.And the paper analyze their achievements and existing problems.Secondly,according to the survey status and existing problems,the paper puts forward an accurate service path of public libraries under the background of the rural revitalization strategy.Thirdly,from the precise docking of readers' needs,the establishment of a sound talent management system and the establishment of a long-term mechanism for precise services proposed specific strategies.Finally,the article is summarized.And it prospects the development of the public library's precise services under the background of the rural revitalization strategy.
