Study On Service Optimization Strategy Of Jinan Public Library

In recent years,public libraries have become more leisure and entertainment places for the public to choose in addition to working and studying.With the increasing consumption of culture by the public,how to continuously optimize the service strategy so that public libraries can provide the public with the necessary cultural services in the digital era? Giving full play to the positive role of cultural highlands is a question that every public library needs to think about.As the provincial capital of Shandong Province and one of the fifteen sub-provincial cities in the country,Jinan is a political,cultural,and educational center in Shandong Province.Jinan's cultural construction level also represents the entire Shandong Province to a certain extent.As an important carrier of cultural construction,the public library of Ji Nan city is an important embodiment of urban cultural construction and an important content of urban cultural construction.Taking the service of Jinan public library as the research object,this paper investigates the infrastructure and service contents of 11 public libraries in Jinan by means of field investigation and literature analysis.This paper also analyses the service situation of 11 public libraries in Jinan from two aspects of basic service and innovative service of public libraries.This paper holds that as a quasi-public product mainly supplied by the government,public library services have many problems at present,such as backward infrastructure and single service mode.The reasons for these problems are various,such as lack of government responsibility,single supplier,lack of internal reform motive force and public participation.Weak consciousness.How to solve the problems found is the ultimate goal.Based on the experience of summing up the domestic and foreign advanced library service strategies and case analysis,this paper applies the new public management theory,the Internet strategy and the strategic information system to the current Jinan Public Library.There are many problems in service.The feasible optimization strategy is put forward.Diversification of supply entities to solve the problems of infrastructure and funding sources;Innovative service means to enrich the types of public library services;Take the reader's demand as the grip-create personalized services,improve the effectiveness of supply and so on.Through the conclusion of this paper,we hope that to some extent,we can provide reference for the optimization of the public library in Ji Nan city,so as to better promote the development of the public culture in Ji Nan city and even the whole country.
