| At present,our country's economy has developed rapidly,the material has been greatly satisfied,the people's demand for their own spiritual and cultural life is getting higher and higher,and the government has also paid more attention to the cultural life of the people in order to achieve the goal of the cultural construction of equal service.As a service of the public library culture,it has played a very important role in promoting the sharing of cultural resources and ensuring the equality of citizens' cultural rights and interests.Aiming at the problems existing in the existing services,the paper puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme to ensure the high standard of service quality,which is the problem discussed in this paper.This paper uses the literature investigation method to inquire the related research literature,combs the public library and the connection loan to return the service related concept,takes the library five laws and the new five laws as the research theory foundation,and extends the passing-loan-to-borrow service safeguard means,Practical significance and reader user types and other related theoretical knowledge are expounded.At the same time,this paper discusses in detail the service contents,technical means and service methods,and points out the existing problems and shortcomings of the existing services in combination with the current service situation of the public library in Tianjin area,such as the service content,the technical means,the service way and so on.Then it selects the public library service of some regions at home and abroad as the research object,and uses the case analysis method to expound its service status and successful experience,so as to lay a foundation for the optimization strategy.In the process of interview and questionnaire survey,the readers of public libraries in Tianjin selected different types of readers as the survey objects and collected the relevant data.The results of the statistical analysis show that the existing public libraries have a wide range of readers,and the cultural service needs of readers are diversified,specialized,but also because of living areas,Age and other aspects of the need for cultural knowledge in the field of different emphasis.At the same time,according to the factor analysis results of SPSS20,it shows that the influence of the existing loan-to-pass.There are four factors of service effectiveness:public library's own business aspect;reader's feedback communication aspect;cultural environment and infrastructure aspect;branch library's configuration and service aspect.Combined with the current service situation of Tianjin Library and the results of statistical analysis of the contents of the investigation,the author aims to enhance the library's own business,strengthen the reader exchange activities and feedback work.This paper discusses the optimization strategy of Tianjin library's service from four aspects of promoting the maintenance of infrastructure,shaping the good cultural environment,speeding up the rational allocation of branch libraries and improving the service quality.To promote the service of lending in Tianjin to be further improved,to provide higher quality services for all readers,to meet the increasing cultural needs,to promote the circulation and utilization of literature resources,to effectively enhance the cultural quality of the whole people,and to improve the quality of the whole people.The realistic goal of the equalization of cultural services now has a positive driving role. |
