Research On The Service Efficiency Of County Public Libraries In Henan Province

The public library is an important part of the public cultural system in China.The county-level library can effectively solve the equalization of public cultural services.At present,great progress has been made in the infrastructure construction of countylevel public libraries in China,but in terms of service efficiency,there are still many differences and problems between libraries.This paper takes county-level library of Jiaozuo in Henan Province as the research object,investigates the current situation of the service efficiency of the county-level library,explores the reasons behind the current situation,and tries to put forward targeted solutions in order to help improve the service efficiency of the county-level public library in the region and let countylevel public libraries play a greater role in social education.The paper is mainly divided into the following five parts: the first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the research,related research review,research methods and innovation of the paper.The second chapter summarizes the results of the investigation on the service efficiency of Jiaozuo county library based on the service efficiency index of the sixth national public library evaluation standard.The third chapter summarizes the existing problems of the service efficiency of Jiaozuo county-level public library according to the survey results.The fourth chapter puts forward solutions to the problems in the service efficiency of Jiaozuo county-level public library.The fifth chapter is the summary and prospect of this research work.
