The species diversity, mycobiota, relations between macrofungi and vagetations in Jilin Tianfozhishan matsutake Nature Reserve were studied in this paper, and the resources of large fungi in the reserve were evaluated. In terms of species diversity,a total of more than 700 specimens were identified, including 685 were collected in the field work and 44 in herbarium. And 370 species were identified including 160 genera,68 families,20 orders,6 classes, and 2 phyla by morphological identification combined with molecular methods.Among these species,109 species were edible,101 species were medicinal and 55 species were poisonous in the reserave. One new species was discovered and porposed, three species were firstly recorded in China. The species catalogue was ranked according to the taxonomic system of Dictonary of the Fungi(10th edition,2008)and the website of Index Fungorum(http://www.indexfungorum.org,2021.2.30).For mycobiota, the data shows that there are 12 dominant families in total, accounting for 17.65%of the total families, and 214 species containing 57.84%of the total species, including 35 species of Russulaceae,27 species of Tricholomataceae and27 species of Polyporaceae. These families contain most of the species in the reserve and were dominant in this region, respectively accounting for 9.46%?7.30%and 7.30%of the total species.56 families contain less than 10 species, accounting for 82.35%of the total families,156 subordinate species containing 42.16%of the total species in the reserve. And 16 dominant genera accounting for 10.00%of the total genera,147 species accounting for 39.73%of the total species. Most of the species in the reserve distribute in north-temperate zone, which contain173 species accounting for 46.75%of the total species.23.78%of the species are cosmopolitan containing 88 species and 15.95%of the species distribute in Eurasia containing 59 species. In addition, species of North temperate-Australia and temperate-subtropical,tropical are also occupy certian proportion.By comparing the correlation between macrofungi and different vegetation communities,it was found that species composition and number of macrofungi were different. The largest number of macrofungi occurred in the mixed coniferous and broad-leaved forest, which contains various species. There are 139 species of macrofungi with edible value in the reserve, accounting for 37.57%of the total species, which are mainly species in Tricholoma,Russula,Pholiota,Suillus,Cortinarius and Clavulina. There are 101 species with medicinal value, accounting for 27.30%of the total species, and the main species in Polyporus,Russula, etc. There are 53 species with both edible and medicinal value accounting for14.32%of the total investigated. There are 55 species of poisonous fungi in the reserve, accounting for 14.86%of the total investigated.
